What is a "mission mobilizer?"

A mission mobilizer is a normal everyday Christian who walks with God but who has a unique global perspective of real world needs. Because of this perspective they work with intentionality to rouse others to mission action. (Note: In keeping with the Bible's spirit, we here define normal Christians as hot and abnormal Christians as lukewarm.)
