connection with any product or service that is not Adventist
Frontier Missions, in any manner that is likely to cause
confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages
or discredits Adventist Frontier Missions. All other trademarks
referred to on this web site are the property of their respective

Changes to the
Service or TOU
Adventist Frontier Missions reserves the right to modify, suspend

ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF
PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES,
WHETHER IN AN ACTION UNDER CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER
THEORY, ARISING OUT OF: (I) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE
THE SERVICE, (II) YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT, OR (III)
ANY GOODS OR SERVICES ADVERTISED ON THE SERVICE; EVEN IF
ADVENTIST FRONTIER MISSIONS OR ANY RELATED PARTY HAS BEEN

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adventist Frontier
Missions, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors,
employees, consultants, agents, and licensors from any and
all third-party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including
but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from
your failure to comply with the TOU, your infringement, or
from your violation of any applicable law.
Miscellaneous
These TOU constitute the entire agreement between you
and Adventist Frontier Missions with respect to the Service,
and the TOU replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings
or agreements, written or oral, regarding the Service. The
TOU shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan,
without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. If any
provision of the TOU is found invalid or unenforceable, that
provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible,
and the remaining provisions of the TOU shall remain in full
force and effect. The failure by Adventist Frontier Missions
to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision
of the TOU will not be construed as a waiver of any provision
or right of Adventist Frontier Missions. The TOU will inure
to the benefit of Adventist Frontier Missions and its successors
and assigns. |
